Orders are dispatched the same day we receive payment. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, who may either use our logistics service or arrange their own freight partner to collect the goods.

• Use our logistics service and we handle dispatch, tracking, and carrier coordination
• Or arrange your own freight partner to pick up the order at our warehouse
• Duties and import taxes for the destination country are the buyer's responsibility

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched the same day payment is received. When you ship with our logistics service, you will receive a tracking number by email once the order leaves our warehouse.

• Same-day dispatch once payment is confirmed
• Tracking provided for shipments handled by our logistics service
• Large orders (100+ pieces) may require additional handling time

Packaging

All items are individually poly-bagged and packed in reinforced cartons. We use recycled and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible. Custom packaging is available for private label orders.
